The staging, upgrading and overseeing the home while third parties were there for various services and inspections was superior. I didn't have to worry with anything. Wes, was an assertive agent who followed through with every lead and engaged the seller's agent to get the deal done. It is a pleasure to have worked with an agent that does not just list the home and set back to let the electronic system do the rest!! Too many agents these days, spend time getting listings and then rely on dot loop to communicate offers. It takes follow up and personally engaging to get the right deal.
